NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 2, 2015, and entered in Case NO. 2009-CA-039912-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, successor by merger to Chase Home Finance LLC1, is the Plaintiff and HOLLI MARIE MENGEL; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HOLLI MARIE MENGEL; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF EAGLE CREEK, INC.; TENANT #1; TENANT #2 are the Defendants, The Clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 5/6/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
