NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on March 2, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-009182-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff, and MICHAEL R. RAY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1, UNKNOWN TENANT #2, UNKNOWN TENANT #3, UNKNOWN TENANT #4, THE NAMES BEING FICTITIOUS TO ACCOUNT FOR PARTIES IS POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Eddie Fernandez will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com on May 4, 2015 at 11:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY SITUATED IN CITY OF ORLANDO IN THE COUNTY OF ORANGE AND STATE OF FLORIDA AND BEING DESCRIBED IN A DEED DATED 02/26/1999 AND RECORDED 03/24/1999 IN BOOK 5711, PAGE 245 AMONG THE LAND RECORDS OF THE COUNTY AND STATE SET FORTH ABOVE AND REFERENCED AS FOLLOWS: LOT 9, BLOCK B, SUBDIVISION EAST ORLANDO, PLAT BOOK X, PLAT PAGE 100, RECORDED DATE 07/31/1959.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
