MacDonald, Jennifer F. MacDonald, The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as successor Trustee to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Trustee on behalf of the Certificate holders of the CWHEQ Inc., CWHEQ Revolving Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2006-A, Unknown Party #1 nka Brian D Greig, are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 8th day of JULY, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
