NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 26, 2015, and entered in Case No. 08-2013-CA-001553 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Aureo Oliveira Morgado, Dreyfus Acquisition Group, LLC as Trustee under that certain Land Trust dated March 25, 2009 and numbered 105, Rotonda Heights Conservation Associaton, Inc., The Condominiums At Waterside Association, Inc., Stonegate Bank, successor in interest to Florida Shores Bank-SouthWest, Unknown Tenant In Possession Of The Subject Property n/k/a Ed Kirkham, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 4 day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
