NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MARCH 23, 2015, and entered in 14001729CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ACCREDIT LOANS, INC., MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-QS7., is the Plaintiff and EILEEN SAUNDERS MCCALL, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF MARGARET MARY SAUNDERS A/K/A MARGARET SAUNDERS; GARDENS OF GULF COVE PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; EILEEN SAUNDERS MCCALL; MICHAEL A. SAUNDERS; MARY E. DAVENPORT; DONALD R. SAUNDERS, JR; MARK A. SAUNDERS; HSBC MORTGAGE SERVICES INC. are the Defendant(s).
