NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on in Civil Case No. 11-2014-CA-000995-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff, and RICHARD F. WILD AKA RICHARD WILD; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RICHARD F. WILD AKA RICHARD WILD; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Dwight E. Brock will sell to the highest bidder for cash in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 27 day of April, 2015 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK H, SORRENTO GARDENS, UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 38, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY,FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
