NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 25, 2015, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-001746 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association is the Plaintiff and Kenneth Blum; Summit Place Community Association, Inc.; Theresa Birdie are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on April 27, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 300, SUMMIT PLACE IN NAPLES, PHASE II, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 46, Pages 63 through 66, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
