NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 25,2015 and entered in Case No. 13-CA-00051 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED NOTEHOLDERS OF RENAISSANCE HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2007-1, is Plaintiff and THOMAS FRANCISCO ACOSTA A/K/A TOMAS f. ACOSTA, et al are Defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 27 day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT PARCEL OF LAND IN COLLIER COUNTY, STATE OF FLORIDA, AS DESCRIBED IN DEED BOOK 2569, PAGE 0579, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 5, OF LAKE LUCERNE,ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 48 AND 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Street Address: 720 Cherry Blossom Court, Naples, FL 34120
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
