Unit No. 302, Building 300, LA PENINSULA, A Condominium, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 28, at Page 40, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with the prorta interest in the common elements and common property of the Condominium and limited common elements appurtenant thereto, more particularly delineated and identified in the Declaration of Condominium of LA PENINSULA, a Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 1213, at Pages 786 through 858 and as amended of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida. At public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Collier County Courthouse, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM on April 27, 2015.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS PROCEEDS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
