NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure dated March 31, 2015 and entered in Case No. 13-CA-1906 of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is Plaintiff and ADAM M. RAMBO; DONNA MAE KWETIAN; ROBERT A MILLER, SR.; PATRICIA M. MILLER; THE GLADES HAVEN RESORT; all unknown parties claiming by, through, under or against the named defendants, whether living or not, and whether said unknown parties claims as heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, or in any other capacity, claiming by, through under or against the named Defendants are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the 3rd Floor, Lobby, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail E Naples, FL 34112 of the COLLIER County Courthouse, in COLLIER County, Florida, at 11:00 AM, on the 27 day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
