NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-001411 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association, Successor by Merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Kristen Konkus Signorelli and Ryan Konkus and Nicol Price Konkus and Elizabeth Anne Konkus and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, and Trustees of Ronald Leland Konkus, Deceased, and All Other Persons Claiming by and Through, Under, Against The Named Defendant (s) are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Dwight E.
