NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-004090 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Federal National Mortgage Association (“Fannie Mae”), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America, Plaintiff and Mark C. Wemple a/k/a Mark Wemple and Sharon Ann Sullivan f/k/a Sharon Ann Wemple a/k/a Sharon A. Wemple a/k/a Sharon Wemple are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Dwight E. Brock, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 AT 11:00 A.M. on April 27, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 13, FOREST PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGES 1 THROUGH 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
