NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF
THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL
CIRCUIT IN AND FOR
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA CIVIL ACTION
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on April 27, 2015, at eleven o'clock, a.m., the lobby third floor, Collier County Courthouse, Naples, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
A parcel of land lying in and being part of Lots 6 and 7, Smallwood's Division, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 27, Public Records of Collier County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of Lot 7, Smallwood's Division; thence along the South line of said Lot 7, South 89°14'38” West 673.85 feet; thence North 20°54 '43” East 185.00 feet to the Point of Beginning of the herein described lands; thence continue North 20°54 '43” East 201.82 feet; thence North 17°49'34” East 32.76 feet, thence South 79°12 '09” East 97.28 feet; then South 17°49 '34” West 20.00 feet; thence South 12°07'02” West 201.13 feet; thence North 83°44'16” West 130.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Pursuant to the order of final judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is:
DENNIS GRAY, as TRUSTEE OF THE IRIS C. SMALLWOOD TRUST DATED JUNE 1, 1995,
as amended,
Plaintiff, v.
ROBERT W. ROBINSON, et al.,
Defendants.
And the docket number which is 14-CA-2360.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
