NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 13, 2015, in the above-styled cause and published in the Business Observer, the Manatee County Clerk will sell the following described property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash on May 14, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes:
