NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, will on the 14th day of May, 2015, at 11:00 AM, at Foreclosure sales conducted on internet: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Manatee County, Florida:
TRACT 45, IN SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, POMELLO PARK, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 61, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS PLATTED ROAD RIGHTS-OF-WAY.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
