NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 19, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-009149 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB, is Plaintiff and DAVID SWENTNER; ET AL., are Defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 7th day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LEGAL: Lot 134, Sabal Harbour Phase V, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 35, Pages 56 through 62, inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Property Address: 4857 Sabal Harbour Drive, Bradenton, FL 34203
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
