NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 10, 2015, and entered in 41 2014CA000424AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is the Plaintiff and EMMETT J. MURPHY; BAYSHORE-ON THE-LAKE CONDOMINIUM APARTMENT-OWNERS, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; WINIFRED WINDRIVER; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF EMMETT J. MUPRHY A/K/A EMMETT JEFFERSON MURPHY, DECEASED; KATHLEEN M. DEGRENIER AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF WINIFRED WINDRIVER; KATHLEEN M. DEGRENIER AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THERESE F. MURPHY A/K/A TERRY MURPHY; KATHLEEN M. DEGRENIER AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF EMMETT J. MURPHY, III A/K/A PATRICK MURPHY; KATHLEEN M. DEGRENIER AS NOMINATED PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF EMMETT J. MURPHY A/K/A EMMETT JEFFERSON MURPHY, DECEASED are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on April 29, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 414, BUILDING K, BAYSHORE ON THE LAKE CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, PHASE II, SECTION 3, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 993, PAGES 656 THRU 682, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 11, PAGES 50 AND 51, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
