Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 31, 2015, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the office of R.B. “Chips” Shore, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 1, BLOCK E, HEATHER GLEN SUBDIVISION, PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 86 THROUGH 92, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on May 01, 2015 beginning at 11:00 AM.
