SMITH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARSHA B. SMITH; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; RIDGEWOOD HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; RIDGEWOOD OAKS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).

BOOK 1288, PAGE 835, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 20, PAGES 149 THROUGH 154, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, AMENDMENT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 21, PAGE 98, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH MOBILE HOME VIN # PH092411A AND VIN# PH092411B.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
