NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 31, 2015 and entered in Civil Action 2013 CA 002080 in the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida wherein, Resurgent Capital Services , LP is the Plaintiff and Ruth Intermaggio, Mark T. Larson; Unknown Spouse Of Ruth Intermaggio; Unknown Spouse Of Mark T. Larson; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., Acting Solely As Nominee For Citibank Federal Savings Bank; Citibank, National Association Successor By Merger To Citibank, Federal Savings Bank; Ken Burton, Jr. Tax Collector; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under And Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(S) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants; Unknown Tenant # 1, Unknown Tenant # 2, Unknown Tenant # 3, Unknown Tenant # 4, The Names Being Fictitious To Account For Parties In Possession, are the Defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 am on the 1st day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 3, BAYOU HARBOUR, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE(S) 97, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in Business Observer.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
