NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 31, 2015 in Civil Case No. 41 2014CA002006AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Bradenton, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWMBS, INC., CHL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH TRUST 2006-16, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-16 is Plaintiff and DANIEL E BROWN, JENNIFER L BROWN, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWHEQ INC., HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-S5 , UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1 N/K/A JOHN DOE, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 1st day of May, 2015 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 5, Block H, BAY PALMS ADDITION, SECOND UNIT, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 4, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
