NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 23, 2013, and an order rescheduling sale dated, March 17, 2015, and entered in Case No. 41 2010CA001765AX of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is Plaintiff and Lyle Mimbs, et al., are Defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 6th day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, OF WELLONS RANCH ESTATES UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 40 AND 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
