NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 02, 2015, and entered in Case No. 41 2012CA002711AX of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR IXIS REAL ESTATE CAPITAL TRUST 2005-HE4 MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-HE4, is Plaintiff and Joe Falvella, et al., are Defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM on the 5th day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
The West 45 feet of Lot 7, and the East 45 feet of Lot 6, Block 18, Holiday Heights, 2nd addition, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 27, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida
Property Address: 2405 West 47th Avenue Drive, Unit #1, Bradenton, FL 34207
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
