NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 18, 2014, and an order rescheduling sale dated, March 17, 2015, and entered in Case No. 41 2013CA004079AX of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR FREMONT HOME LOAN TRUST 2006 B, MORTGAGE BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006 B, is Plaintiff and Michael Phillips, et al., are the Defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 6th day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
The South 50 feet of the North 2/3rds of Lot 1, Block 19, B. Fogarty Subdivision, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 75, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
