YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose Mortgage covering the following described real and personal property, to wit:
Commence at the SW corner of the SE 1/4 of Section 14, Township 36 South, Range 21 East, Manatee County, Florida; thence N 00° 12' 13” E, along the West line of the said SE 1/4, a distance of 1667.36 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence continue N 00° 12' 13” E, along said West line a distance of 337.46 feet; thence S 89° 36' 57” E, 1291.11 feet to the West right of way line of a graded road; thence S 00° 14' 41” W, along said West right of way line, a distance of 337.46 feet; thence N 89° 36' 57” W, 1290.87 feet to the Point of Beginning. Containing 10.001 acres, more or less.

Fisher, Esquire of Sirote & Permutt, P.C., 1115 East Gonzalez Street, Pensacola, FL 32503, no later than thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief sought in the complaint.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation, Business Observer, Manatee County, Florida.
