Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment for Damages and Judicial Sale entered on April 6, 2015, in Case No. 2015-CC-000010, of the County Court in and for Manatee County, Florida in which COLONIAL MOBILE MANOR LIMITED, LLLP d/b/a COLONIAL .MOBILE MANOR is the Plaintiff and JOHN L. CARBAUGH, ELAINE M. FADDEN and ANY UNKNOWN TENANT(s) are the Defendants, I, THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT will sell at public sale the following property: a 1970 double-wide mobile home, Vehicle Identification No. FB24524SL1054A, Title No. 0004431399 and Vehicle Identification No. FB24524SL1054B, Title No. 0004431400. The sale will beheld on the 6 day of May, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. to the highest bidder for cash at 1051 Manatee Avenue West, Bradenton, Florida, at the Clerk/Cashier Annex, Second Floor, Room 2700, of the Manatee County Judicial Center in Bradenton, Manatee County, Florida, in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within SIXTY (60) days after the sale.
