Final Judgment was awarded on June 7, 2013 in Civil Case No. 41 2010CA009607AX, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein, FV-I, INC. IN TRUST FOR MORGAN STANLEY MORTGAGE CAPITAL HOLDINGS LLC is the Plaintiff, and GREG DUNSMORE A/K/A GREG B. DUNSMORE; DENISE D. DUNSMORE; ANNE M. DUNSMORE; FIRST BANK SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO COAST BANK OF FLORIDA; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, R.B. Chips Shore will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on May 1, 2015 at 11:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST ONE-HALF ( ½ ) OF THE WEST ONE-HALF ( ½ ) OF LOT 29, BLOCK 4, NEW HOME DEVELOPMENT COMPANY SUBDIVISION AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 9, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA A/K/A THE WEST ½ OF THE W ½ OF THE N ½ OF LOT 29, BLOCK 4, ELWOOD PARK SUBDIVISION AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 76, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
