NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Uniform Final Judgment was awarded on March 31, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2013CA001636AX, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and ANTHONY P. BORCSANI; DELLA R. BORCSANI A/K/A DELLA BORSCANI, are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, R.B. Chips Shore will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on May 1, 2015 at 11:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 2, POINCIANA PARK, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 8, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
