NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 17, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014CA004906AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, is Plaintiff, and CHERYL KIRKHOFF A/K/A CHERYL A. KIRKHOFF A/K/A CHERYL RUSSELL, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 19 day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 16, and the North 10 feet of Lot 17, Block 37, COMPREHENSIVE REPLAT OF CORAL HEIGHTS, FIRST ADDITION, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 48, of the Public Records of MANATEE County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
