NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 24, 2015, entered in Case No. 2013CA000316 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Residential Funding Mortgage Securities I, Inc., Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-S8 is the Plaintiff and Neil B. Shaw; Margaret A. Shaw; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Homecomings Financial Network, Inc; Heritage Harbour Master Association, Inc.; U.S.Bank National Association; Unknown Tenant # 1; Unknown Tenant # 2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 28th day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, STONEYBROOK AT HERITAGE HARBOUR, SUBPHASE A, UNIT 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43 PAGE 91, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
