NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on February 3, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2013CA004293AX, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein, HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION III is the Plaintiff, and JEANINE SILENCIEUX; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEANINE SILENCIEUX; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT # 2, UNKNOWN TENANT #3, UNKNOWN TENANT #4, are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, R.B. Chips Shore will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on May 5, 2015 at 11:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN AT THE S.E. CORNER OF LOT 5, HIGHLAND SUBDIVISION; THENCE SOUTH 239.01 FEET; THENCE WEST 120 FEET; THENCE NORTH 236.11 FEET TO THE S.W. CORNER OF LOT 5; THENCE EAST TO THE P.O.B.; LESS THE NORTH 70 FEET AND LESS THE SOUTH 30 FEET FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY; ALSO LESS THE NORTH HALF OF THE REMAINING PARCEL, ALL LYING AND BEING IN MANATEE COUNTY FLORIDA SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 35 S., RANGE 17E.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
