NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 27, 2015, and entered in Case No. 36-2013-CA-050233, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC. is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST, BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF KEVIN M. CLARK A/K/A KEVIN MICHAEL CLARK, DECEASED; THEDA DALE CHAMPAGNE N/K/A THEDA DALE MAYO; KENNETH CLARK are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 29 day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 46 AND 47, BLOCK 865, UNIT 26, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, AT PAGE 117 TO 148, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
