NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 1, 2015, entered in Case No. 14-CA-051533 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF8 Master Participation Trust is the Plaintiff and Floyd Watkins; Unknown Spouse of Floyd Watkins; Cypress Lakes Manor Condominium Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the May 1, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
APARTMENT NUMBER H-3 OF THE CYPRESS LAKES MANOR CONDOMINIUM A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF DATED 23 MAY, 1969 RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 531, AT PAGE 218, AND AS AMENDED OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
