COKER A/K/A DANIEL COKER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DANIEL L. COKER A/K/A JANINE COKER; GULFSTREAM TITLE LLC; MYERLEE MANOR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Courtwill sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on May 1, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NUMBER 316 OF MYERLEE MANOR CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF DATED SEPTEMBER 20, 1985, AND RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1926, PAGE 916, AND AMENDED OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
