NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated March 25, 2015, entered in Case No. 12-CA-052423 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein GMAC Mortgage, LLC is the Plaintiff and Ana M. Olin a/k/a Ana Maria Olin; Ruben Figueroa; Unknown Tenants/Owners are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 27th day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 3 AND 4, BLOCK 3544, UNIT 47, PART 2, OF CAPE CORAL, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 118, OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
