NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 3, 2015, entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-010984-CAAX-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association fka The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A. as successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A. as Trustee for RAMP 2004RS6 is the Plaintiff and Rony Tanis; The Unknown Spouse of Rony Tanis; Lakeview Knoll Homeowners Association Inc.- Dissolved; CitiBank, N.A., successor by merger to CitiBank, Federal Savings Bank; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; Tenant #4 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 22nd day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 54, LAKEVIEWKNOLL PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGES 133 AND 134, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
