NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 28, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014CA001647CAAXES, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and DAVID T. BUNN; RONDA J. BUNN; LAKE PADGETT ESTATES EAST PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A BABY BUNN, are defendants. Paula S. O'Neil, Clerk of Court for PASCO, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 29th day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 341, LAKE PADGETT ESTATES EAST, UNRECORDED, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN 291.16 FEET NORTH AND 480.97 FEET EAST OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST; THENCE RUN ARC TO THE LEFT 61.43 FEET, CHORD 60.81 FEET. CHORD BEARING SOUTH 49°11 '05” WEST; THENCE NORTH 54°53'38” WEST, 138.69 FEET; THENCE NORTH 29°40'58” EAST, 46.3 FEET; THENCE NORTH 70°41'05” EAST, 86.73 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 26°44'11” EAST, 121.80 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
