Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 13, 2013, and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on March 16, 2015, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, the office of Paula S. O`Neil - AES, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described as:
LOT 14 IN THOUSAND OAKS EAST PHASE IV, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGE 94, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on May 04, 2015 beginning at 11:00 AM.
