NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated 19th day of March, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-001049-XXXX-WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is Plaintiff and MARCELLA M. CAIN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARCELLA M. CAIN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; BEACON WOODS EAST HOMEOWNERS' ASSN., INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 4th day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 685, WOODWARD VILLAGE UNIT 1B, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGE(S) 113 THROUGH 116, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
