NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an order granting rescheduled Foreclosure Sale dated March 19, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-000098-CAAX-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which ENCORE FUND TRUST 2013-01, is the Plaintiff and EDWARD A. PERRIERA; MARLENE PERRIERA; SHERMAN ACQUISITION LIMITED PARTNERSHIP; UNIFUND CCR PARTNERS ASSIGHNEE OF CITIBANK; US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; are defendants, Paula S. O'Neil, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00 am on the 4th day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
