NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an order granting rescheduled Foreclosure Sale dated March 19, 2015 and entered in Case No. 51-2014-CA-001278-CA AX-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which LC E! ENTERPRISES, LLC, is the Plaintiff and JOSEPH TROWELL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSEPH TROWELL; LAUNA A. TROWELL A/K/A LAUNA TROWELL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LAUNA A. TROWELL A/K/A LAUNA TROWELL are defendants, Paula S. O'Neil, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00am on the 4th day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
