Thence continue N 89 degrees 46' 50” W a distance of 150.0 feet, thence N 00 degrees 23' 37” E a distance of 290.4 feet, thence S 89 degrees 46' 50” E a Distance of 150.0 feet, thence S 00 degrees 23' 37” W a distance of 290.4 feet to the Point of Beginning.
