NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 23, 2015 in the above action, the Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Hillsborough, Florida, on May 11, 2015, at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
LOT 9, BLOCK 20 OF MAP OF EAST TAMPA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 103, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY,FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
