NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 10, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-004004, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE, FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-33CB MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-33CB, is Plaintiff and CARLOS MANUEL RAMOS; GLADYS RAMOS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR FAIRMONT FUNDING LTD, A NEW YORK CORPORATION; TOWN 'N COUNTRY PARK CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. Pat Frank, Clerk of Court for HILLSBOROUGH, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 28th day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, IN BLOCK 90, OF TOWN'N COUNTRY PARK UNIT NO. 52, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, AT PAGE 37, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
