Uniform Final Judgment was awarded on March 10, 2015 in Civil Case No. 14-CA-011057, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff, and NATE C. TONG A/K/A NATHAN C. TONG A/K/A NATE TONG; REGIONS BANK; QUAIL RUN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

BOOK 4244, PAGE 1406; AND IN O.R. BOOK 4365, PAGE 46 AND ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 55 AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 24 AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 87 IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
