NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 6, 2015, entered in Case No. 14-CA-012059 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF8 Master Participation Trust is the Plaintiff and Donna S. Robinson; Unknown Spouse of Donna S. Robinson are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 24th day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18 OF NORTH STREET OAKS PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 85, PAGE 45-1 AND 45-2, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
