NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 6, 2015 entered in Case No. 14-CA-010476 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas as Trustee for Residential Accredit Loans, Inc., Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-QS17 is the Plaintiff and James Raymond Flack Jr.; Unknown Spouse of James Raymond Flack, Jr.; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Homecomings Financial, LLC (F/K/A Homecomings Financial Network, Inc.) are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 24th day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGINNING 10.68 FEET EAST OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE NORTHEAST ¼ OF THE NORTHEAST ¼ OF SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, PROCEED THENCE SOUTH A DISTANCE OF 603.78 FEET ALONG THE EAST BOUNDARY OF A 50 FOOT STREET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; PROCEED THENCE EAST 100 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 145 FEET; THENCE WEST 100 FEET ALONG THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF A 50 FOOT STREET; THENCE NORTH 145 FEET ALONG THE EAST BOUNDARY OF A 50 FOOT STREET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
