NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 30, 2015, entered in Case No. 08-CA-026422 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Indenture Trustee Under the Indenture Relating to IMH Assets Corp., Collateralized Asset-Backed Bonds, Series 2005-8 is the Plaintiff and Gary Grunig; Unknown Spouse of Gary Grunig if any; Karen Grunig; Unknown Spouse of Karen Grunig if any; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest As Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.; John Doe 1; Jane Doe 1; John Doe 2 and Jane Doe 2 as Unknown Tenants in Possession are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 24th day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 10, BLOCK 36, REVISED MAP OF PLANT CITY, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 31 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
