NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 10th day of March, 2015, and entered in Case No. 29-2014-CA-008467, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-1 MORTGAGE LOAN PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-1 is the Plaintiff and JACINTO J. GONZALEZ A/K/A JACINTO JOSE GONZALEZ; THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWHEQ INC., CWHEQ REVOLVING HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-A; J & M LAKE CHASE, LLC; LAKE CHASE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARK L. STOKES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JACINTO J. GONZALEZ A/K/A JACINTO JOSE GONZALEZ; MARK L. STOKES and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. BUILDING 20, OF LAKE CHASE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14750, AT PAGE 34, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
