NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 10th day of March, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-008865, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I TRUST 2004-HE11, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2004-HE11 is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM G. WORKMAN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. MERS AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC.; SUMMERFIELD MASTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; TOWNHOMES OF SUMMERFIELD HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; NANSIE KAY WORKMAN A/K/A NANSIE K. WORKMAN; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 28th day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, BLOCK B, SUMMERFIELD VILLAGE I TRACT 7 PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 73, PAGE 18 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
